RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. Due to the nature of small-batch handmade goods, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or ordering errors.
If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Approved claims will receive a prepaid return label. Once the piece is received and reviewed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
